Domaine Anne Gros et Jean-Paul Tollot is a collaborative project in the Minervois region of Languedoc, founded by two highly respected Burgundy winemakers, Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot. Seeking a new challenge outside of Pinot Noir, they established this estate in 2008, applying their Burgundian expertise to Southern French varietals. 'L'O de la Vie' (Water of Life) is a Syrah-dominant wine sourced from specific terroirs in Minervois. It is crafted to be approachable and fruit-forward, showcasing vibrant red and black fruit, subtle spices, and a freshness that reflects their elegant winemaking style.
