This vintage is noted for its freshness and understated elegance, offering a perfect balance of complexity and smoothness. The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously selected, then whole-cluster pressed and fermented in French oak barrels, followed by 9 months of aging. It presents intense aromas of yellow fruit and white flowers, with a rich palate and a long, persistent finish. 【 Highly recommended for its freshness and elegance, with critical acclaim from James Suckling and Wine Spectator. 】
Food pairing suggestions include shellfish, roasted poultry, white meats, sushi, smoked foods, and risottos.
