FEATURES
🏰 Siret Frère & Sœur is an exciting emerging Champagne producer, whose grapes were previously supplied to prestigious houses like Krug and Salon. They now craft wines under their own label, with their Réserve Perpétuelle Champagne being a signature cuvée. Non-vintage Champagne, by definition, is a blend of wines from multiple years, meticulously crafted to maintain a consistent house style, ensuring reliability and quality year after year. This particular cuvée is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, utilizing a solera-like perpetual reserve system with wines dating back to 2021, and undergoes extended aging on lees for a minimum of 48 months, with a beautifully balanced low dosage.
On the nose, expect attractive notes of dried fruits and apricot, praline, hazelnuts, tarte tatin, berry fruit, and spiced pears. It also reveals a clean and penetrating bouquet of fresh apple, lemon peels, lime, and brioche, alongside more evolved notes of honey, wax, and nuts. The palate is creamy, expansive, and flavorful, with soft bubbles and a medium body. It offers a richly-textured and layered style, with a creamy mouthfeel, bright wet stone, lemon rind, and currant undertones, culminating in a long, straight finish with autumnal notes and baked apple.
🍴 Non-vintage Champagne is wonderfully versatile. It's an excellent aperitif, and its bright acidity cuts beautifully through rich foods such as smoked salmon, oysters, and creamy cheeses.
🥂 This Champagne is perfect for everyday celebrations, as an elegant aperitif, or for toasting any special moment. Its consistent quality and approachable style make it a go-to choice. 【Grapes previously supplied to prestigious houses Krug and Salon, now crafted under their own label】
