The Elise Bougy Vibration ML Brut Nature Grand Cru 2020 is a highly sought-after Blanc de Blancs Champagne, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Elise Bougy, a young and passionate winemaker, took over her family estate in 2016, converting it to certified organic (2022) and biodynamic practices (since 2021) with a focus on restoring biodiversity. The Vibration ML is a top cuvée, sourced from the esteemed 'Chétillon de Haut' parcel in the Grand Cru village of Mesnil-sur-Oger, known for its pure, iodised chalk terroir. The finest grapes are selected and vinified in a 600-litre half-muid, undergoing an impressive 42 months of lees aging under natural cork, followed by an additional six months in bottle after disgorgement, with no dosage. Only 637 bottles of the 2020 vintage were produced. Elise Bougy was also a winner of the Prix des Artisanes, recognizing talented women artisans.
