This winery is unique as its proceeds are reinvested into social projects and a family-style residential home through the Fondazione Villa Russiz. The Sauvignon Bleu Limited Edition is a pure Sauvignon Blanc, crafted to express the distinct character of the Collio region. Grapes are hand-harvested in the cool morning hours, pressed whole, and then fermented and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Following this, the wine is blended in steel tanks for at least four months and undergoes an additional eight months of bottle aging before release.
