FEATURES
The 2019 Champagne Minière F&R Les Voirmissa Blanc de Noirs is a single-vineyard Champagne, with the Minière family's plot planted in 1973. This Blanc de Noirs is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, vinified and aged in fûts sur lies for 8 months, with no malolactic fermentation. The Minière brothers, Frédéric and Rodolphe, are known for their sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, focusing on preserving biodiversity. Their philosophy, influenced by Anselme Selosse, emphasizes barrel fermentation and aging with battonage, blocking malolactic fermentation to allow for long cellar aging.
