🍴 This versatile white pairs wonderfully with delicate fish like pike-perch in beurre blanc, roasted free-range chicken with herbs, or pan-seared scallops. It also complements soft-centred cheeses such as Époisses, Comté aged 24 months, Brillat-Savarin, or Camembert. Chicken and turkey are also excellent pairings.
🥂 Ideal for a business lunch or a reunion meal. Serve at 11-13°C (43-55°F). A slight decanting is recommended for younger bottles to fully express their elegance.
