FEATURES
Arnaud Ente is a name that commands reverence in the world of fine white Burgundy. He is celebrated as a meticulous perfectionist, crafting some of the purest and most precise Chardonnays from Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Clive Coates MW described him as "one of the best growers to come to the fore in the last decade," and he was notably named "Man of the Year" by the Guide Bettane and Desseauve in 2013. Ente's wines are characterized by their electric vibrancy, laser-like precision, and incredible depth. Production is ultra-limited, with only about 1,250 cases annually, reflecting his commitment to quality over quantity through minuscule yields. Since 2018, Arnaud Ente has innovated by using Wineglobes in vinification, aiming to reduce oak influence and preserve the wine's freshness and precision. The 2020 Bourgogne Blanc, while still young, confirms the talent of this rising star, presenting as delicate and aromatic. 【 Meticulous Perfectionist, Ultra-Limited Production 】
