FEATURES
The 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape vintage was generally very good, marked by several episodes of high heat and timely storms, resulting in generous wines in terms of color, structure, and maturity. The red wines from this vintage are characterized by beautiful dark, deep, and brilliant colors, dominated by black fruits, with fresh aromas indicating perfect maturity. Tannins are present, silky, fine, and elegant, leading to very balanced, gourmet, and fruity wines built for aging, yet also enjoyable in their youth. The 2015 Paul Autard Juline Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a Grenache-dominated cuvée, aged in new barrels, offering fabulous purity, elegance, and a full-bodied profile. It presents notes of blackberry jam, creamy licorice, crushed flowers, and hints of raspberries, with terrific polish and elegance, as well as notable richness. Other tasting notes mention oak, tobacco, chocolate, black fruit (blackberry, plum), red fruit (cherry, raspberry), leather, earthy, and smoky characteristics. 【A powerful, concentrated, round, lush, dark, deep wine with excellent balance and a long finish】.
