In 2010, Étienne replanted Pinot Blanc (50%), Petit Meslier (45%), and Arbanne (5%) in the Côte de Sézanne, producing the first vintage of this distinctive blend in 2016. This Champagne is matured for seven months in used 600-liter barrels and then aged for 30 months under cork before disgorgement, which imparts a pleasant roundness alongside its mouthwatering acidity.
