FEATURES
Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Montlouis Triple Zero is a natural sparkling wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc by Jacky Blot in the Montlouis-sur-Loire AOC in the Loire region of France. The name "Triple Zero" signifies that it is made without chaptalization (adding sugar), without liqueur de tirage (for secondary fermentation), and without expedition liqueur (dosage). This makes it a Brut Nature organic sparkling wine. It's considered a technically sophisticated forerunner of Pét-Nats, with the first vintage dating back to 1993. The wine spends between two and three years on lees, lending a lovely richness to the mid-palate, and is bottled with no dosage, achieving balance and roundness through later picking. It is gently sparkling, bottled at 3 atmospheres rather than the usual 5-6 for Champagne, offering great clarity and precision. Tasting notes often reveal delicate aromas of white fruit, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and pure, with flavors of citrus, tart yellow apple, sourdough, and almond. Other notes include almond, oyster shell, yeastiness, lemon, green plum, tart apricot, and a touch of salinity. 【A natural sparkling wine made without chaptalization, liqueur de tirage, or expedition liqueur.】
