Pierre Boisson, Auxey-duresses Les Cloux, 2017
White
750ml
Label : Good Label
Level : Neck Level
Capsule : Good Capsule
🏰Pierre Boisson is a highly respected producer, and their Auxey-Duresses Les Cloux is known for its **【elegant, precise, and mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay, offering excellent value within 布根地】**. The 2017 vintage was generally very good for white 布根地, producing wines with freshness and concentration. Expect aromas of white flowers, green apple, lemon zest, and a distinct chalky minerality. The palate should be crisp, with good tension and a long, refreshing finish.
🍴 Pairs beautifully with grilled sea bass, chicken in a lemon-butter sauce, creamy pasta dishes, or mild goat cheese.
🥂 A delightful wine for a sophisticated lunch, a summer evening on the patio, or a casual gathering with discerning palates.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
