750ml

Capsule : Good Capsule
🏰【Pierre Boisson is considered one of Burgundy's most promising talents, crafting wines of great purity and nuance, and his Auxey-Duresses 'Les Cloux' is a masterpiece of elegance and precision】. This white Burgundy offers delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, fresh almond, and mineral notes. The palate is broad and silky, with beautiful mineral tension and a persistent finish featuring citrus and hazelnut notes. Some notes also suggest creamy oak, pickled lemon, sourdough bread, a honeyed feel, rich bitter-sweet fruit, and pine.
🍴 This wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, grilled fish, or a creamy mushroom risotto. It also complements chicken, turkey, pasta, rich fish like salmon and tuna, mild and soft cheese, and cured meats.
🥂 An ideal choice for elegant meals, shared moments with friends, or for those exploring the finesse of white Burgundy.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
