Domaine Gourt de Mautens currently spans 13 hectares. The owner, Jérôme Bressy, began making wine from his father's vineyards in 1996 and 1997, establishing his own estate in 1998. A significant factor contributing to the quality of Bressy's wines is the age of the vines, with some reaching up to 90 years old. The estate produces a range of wines, including rare Rasteau village-level red and white wines. The red is dominated by 70% Grenache, complemented by 30% Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, Muscardin, and Vaccarèse. The white consists of 45% Grenache Blanc, 45% Bourboulenc, and a blend of other minor varieties.
