This Graves white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, with some sources indicating 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon, while others mention 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon, along with 5% Sauvignon Gris in some blends. It was one of the first Bordeaux white wines to be produced à la Burgundy, aged on fine lees in 225-litre barrels with regular stirring.
