🏰 The 2023 vintage in Burgundy experienced unpredictable weather, making vineyard work crucial for grape quality. Harvesting began in early September under intense heat for Chardonnays, followed by reds. The vintage is described as fruity and generous, bringing out the best in each terroir, offering bright and delicious wines. Bourgogne Aligoté, made from the Aligoté grape, is known for its crisp acidity and lively character, often presenting notes of ripe peach, pear, apple, and lemon zest, alongside fresh grass and wet rock. 【 2023年份果味濃郁、清新活潑的布根地白酒 】
🍴 This vibrant white wine is incredibly versatile. It's an excellent match for shellfish and seafood of all kinds, from raw oysters to grilled salmon or shrimp scampi. It also pairs well with charcuterie boards, goat cheese salads, asparagus in cream sauce, or traditional Burgundian dishes like gougères and snails with garlic butter. For a classic experience, enjoy it as a 'Kir' with a splash of crème de cassis.
🥂 Perfect as an aperitif, for casual gatherings, seafood feasts, or a light lunch on a sunny day. Its refreshing acidity makes it a great companion for spring and summer events.
