🏰The 2012 Coche Dury Meursault Caillerets 1er Cru is a highly sought-after white Burgundy, exemplifying the magnitude of finesse achieved in Burgundy's prestigious Côte de Beaune. From a vintage noted for its capriciousness but rewarding dedication, this wine offers a 【bewitching bouquet of orange zest, apricot blossom, flint, and wet limestone】 with laser-like focus. The palate is very well balanced with superb minerality and a powerful, spicy finish that lingers on and on. It's a feisty Caillerets that will age with style and panache.
🍴 This exquisite Meursault is a perfect match for rich seafood dishes like pan-fried scallops, lobster poached in butter with caviar, or noble fish such as roasted sea bass. It also pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, creamy risottos, or gourmet cheeses like triple-cream Brie or aged Comté.
🥂 An ideal wine for a significant celebration, a serious wine collector's tasting, or a truly memorable gastronomic experience. This is a wine to be savored and appreciated for its profound complexity and aging potential.
