The 2017 vintage for red 布根地(Burgundy)was generally very good, with many appellations achieving roaring successes. Wines from this year are characterized by magnificent balance, sweet, crystalline red fruit flavors, and a soft, silky, subtle tannic mouthfeel. While not always powerhouses, they are harmonious and wonderfully reflective of their terroirs. Some producers, however, saw slightly less concentration due to higher yields. Bonnes Mares Grand Cru itself is known for combining power and body with finesse and elegance. The nose typically offers a superb blend of red and black fruits, floral notes like peony, rose, and violet, and a hint of spices. The 2017 reds are noted for their fragrance, attractive fruit, lacy tannins, and an overall approachable character, making it a good "restaurant vintage" for early enjoyment. 【Powerful yet refined Pinot Noir with exceptional cellaring potential】. This wine has long aging potential, typically 7 to 10 years and often more.
🍴 Food Pairing: This Grand Cru pairs beautifully with roasted game, dishes prepared with wine-based or creamy sauces, hearty stews, and strong cheeses such as Époisses.
🥂 Fit for Event: An ideal choice for serious 布根地(Burgundy)collectors and those seeking a wine that can be enjoyed now for its vibrant fruit or cellared for further complexity. Perfect for a celebratory dinner or a special occasion.
