FEATURES
🏰 The 2012 Domaine Jamet Côte Rôtie is a true rock star, offering a definitive expression of this esteemed Northern Rhône appellation. The 2012 vintage was noted for producing approachable and rounded wines, and Jamet's offering is no exception, though it still promises significant aging potential. Expect beautiful aromatics of peppered meats, blackcurrants, olive tapenade, and bacon fat, alongside loads of violets and floral notes. The palate reveals fine, spicy crushed-stone aromas with bright fragrances of florals and dark chocolate, with smooth, fresh red-plum and cherry fruits alongside blue fruits, all enveloped by fine, silky tannins. This concentrated and textured wine can be enjoyed now but will continue to evolve beautifully for another 10-15 years. 【 來自傳奇酒莊的權威級 Côte Rôtie 】

BACKGROUND
Domaine Jamet is a renowned wine producer located in Ampuis, at the heart of the northern Rhône wine region in France, celebrated for its traditional Cote Rotie wines. The estate spans about seven hectares (17 acres) of vineyards, scattered across small plots in the Côte Brune and Côte Blonde areas of Côte Rotie. Predominantly, the vineyards are planted with Syrah, complemented by minor plantings of Marsanne, Viognier, and Roussanne. Founded by Joseph Jamet in 1950. By 1976, Domaine Jamet started bottling its own wines. After Joseph retired, his sons Jean-Luc and Jean-Paul ran the estate. Currently, Jean-Paul and Corinne Jamet oversee the domaine, joined by their son Loïc since 2015.
