🏰 【A compelling and distinctive Dom Ruinart from an excellent vintage, showcasing remarkable balance and high maturing potential】. The 1990 Dom Ruinart emerged from one of three excellent Champagne vintages, with warm weather and record sunshine leading to remarkable balance, despite early bud-break and spring frosts. It presents a deep gold color with a lovely, rich, rather masculine nose, hints of Winston Churchill style, big and even mushrooms. It is very fresh, lively yet almost delicate, supported by vivid citrus flavors and zingy acidity. Expect wonderfully good and completely mature notes, with toasted, grilled, and intense aromas developing with age, and hints of orange rind, caramel, and butterscotch.
🍴 Pairs beautifully with oysters, seafood, light appetizers, or can be enjoyed on its own.
🥂 This Champagne has high maturing potential, capable of aging 10, 20 years or more, making it suitable for significant celebrations or as an investment.
