This 2017 Pierre Boisson Bourgogne is an 【elegant and precise expression of white Burgundy】, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship of a highly respected producer. While specific notes for this exact bottling are scarce, Pierre Boisson is renowned for crafting wines of purity, minerality, and subtle complexity. The 2017 vintage in Burgundy was generally favorable for white wines, yielding fresh and vibrant expressions. Expect bright acidity, notes of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and a delicate hint of hazelnut or brioche from careful oak aging, all underpinned by a stony minerality and a long, clean finish.

BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
