The 2019 Burgundy vintage generally offered excellent ripeness and balance for white wines. While specific tasting notes for this exact wine are not available, Auxey-Duresses Blanc wines are typically known for their freshness, minerality, and notes of white flowers, citrus, and sometimes a touch of hazelnut or almond from oak aging, reflecting the concentration of the 2019 vintage.
🍴 This white Burgundy is versatile, pairing well with rich fish like salmon, roasted poultry, creamy sauces, and goat cheese. It also complements lighter seafood dishes and vegetable risottos.

BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
