Serving Suggestion: The 2023 Clos de la Roche Grand Cru is a very young wine built for extensive aging. It is recommended to cellar this wine for at least a decade, with optimal drinking windows extending from 2033-2045, or even 2040-2100 according to some critics. Decanting a very young Grand Cru is generally not advised as it can sometimes shut down the wine further; instead, consider a slow oxygenation in the bottle over several hours, or simply allow it to evolve in the glass. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).
