FEATURES
🏰 The 2015 Larmandier-Bernier Vieilles Vignes du Levant Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut is a rich, powerful Champagne sourced from some of Cramant's oldest biodynamic vines, aged 60 to over 85 years old. The 2015 vintage in Champagne was generally warm, producing wines with ripeness and concentration. This Champagne is full of pastry-forward notes mingling with ripe citrus, walnut, and pear. The nose opens with mature, vibrant fruit including candied apricot, yellow pear, and bright citrus, layered with ginger. On the palate, it reveals remarkable complexity, density, and concentration, with flavors of candied apricot, ginger, dried flowers, hazelnut, and spices. It's full-bodied and enveloping, considered the most powerful rendition since 2012, with old-vine concentration and succulent yet vibrant acidity, concluding with an expansive, mineral-laced finish. 【 A powerful and complex Blanc de Blancs from exceptionally old Grand Cru vines 】. This was the first single-vineyard Champagne created by Pierre Larmandier in 1988.
🥂 This exceptional Champagne is perfect for a grand celebration, a significant toast, or as a sophisticated aperitif to impress discerning guests. It's also a fantastic choice for a special occasion where a high-quality, expressive sparkling wine is desired.
🍴 It magnificently accompanies seafood and shellfish. Other excellent pairings include rich fish dishes, roasted poultry, creamy cheeses, or even delicate Asian cuisine. For an Eastern pairing, consider dim sum, steamed crab, or a refined abalone dish.
