The 2010 vintage in the Southern Rhône was excellent, producing wines with both richness and freshness. This white blend, primarily Grenache Blanc with Clairette and Marsanne, offers a captivating profile of tropical and balanced notes. Expect aromas of beeswax, pollen, white chocolate, dried nectarine, and floral hints like jasmine. On the palate, it's textured and waxy, with good acidity and a seamless, savory, and satisfying finish, showcasing remarkable vigor for its age.
🍴 Chinese Cantonese food pairing various types of suggestion east or west corresponding to wine cost IN ENGLISH
This complex white wine would be superb with rich Cantonese seafood dishes like steamed crab with glutinous rice, or baked lobster with cheese. For Western cuisine, it pairs beautifully with roasted chicken or turkey, especially with creamy sauces. Its texture and savory notes also make it an excellent match for richer fish dishes, or even a delicate chicken in cream sauce.
🥂 fit for event suggestion IN ENGLISH
An ideal wine for a sophisticated dinner party, a special celebration, or a gathering of white wine connoisseurs. Its unique character and aging ability make it a fascinating wine to explore. Serve chilled, but not overly cold, to allow its intricate aromas and flavors to fully express themselves. Decanting is not typically necessary for white wines of this age, but a brief aeration in the glass can be beneficial.
