Joseph Colin, son of Marc Colin, established his own domaine in 2017. He is known for his precise, terroir-driven wines from Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet. The Saint-Aubin 1er Cru 'Le Pitangeret' is a rare Pinot Noir from the village, offering elegant red fruit, fine tannins, and a mineral edge.
