BACKGROUND
Domaine François Carillon is located in the heart of the village, managing around 16 hectares of vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin. The vineyards are planted with 90% Chardonnay, with the remaining 10% consisting of Pinot Noir and Aligoté. François Carillon began winemaking with his father in 1988 and started his own domaine in 2010. In addition to inheriting 5 hectares of family vineyards, he acquired 1.5 hectares, establishing Domaine François Carillon.
