Domaine Chandon de Briailles is a historic family-owned estate in Savigny-les-Beaune, operating biodynamically since 2005. The domaine is celebrated for its traditional, elegant, and terroir-transparent wines, often utilizing whole-cluster fermentation and minimal new oak. Les Lavieres is one of Savigny's most famous Premier Crus, known for its shallow, stony soils.
