🏰 The 2021 Faethm (now Fingers Crossed) Grenache is a rare release from a cult winery, the project of Nikolas Krankl, son of Sine Qua Non's Manfred Krankl. The 2021 vintage is already showing immense promise, though it's still young and will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age, evolving like a great Châteauneuf du Pape over 10-15 years. This beautifully concentrated, medium to full-bodied Grenache explodes with a multilayered bouquet of crushed red flowers, darker berries, crushed gravel, and an array of spices. Expect bold notes of black cherries, black raspberries, and lilacs, with nuances of tar, wild sage, and lavender. The palate is laden with crunchy black fruits, dark cherry, and blueberry, textured by silky-soft, well-integrated tannins and seamless freshness, leading to a long finish with floral and red berry sparks. 【 膜拜酒莊的稀有新星 】
🍴 This rich and intense Grenache is an excellent pairing for roasted lamb, grilled sausages, hearty stews, or dishes with Mediterranean herbs.
🥂 Perfect for impressing fellow wine enthusiasts, a special dinner, or as a highly anticipated addition to a modern Californian wine collection.
