👃 This rich and compelling red wine offers a wealth of wild garrigue herb and berry scents. Aromas of ripe black fruits like blackberry, blackcurrant, and blueberry are prominent, complemented by earthy, smoky, leathery, peppery, minty, and eucalyptus notes.
👅 On the palate, it presents a lovely, pitchy character of black fruit with fine-grained tannins. The structure is good, with black fruit and berries, smooth texture, and refreshing acidity. The tannins are present but beautifully integrated with the fruitiness, leading to a ripe, fruity, and aromatic experience with tender tannins and a beautiful curve.
🍴 'L'Arbouse' is a versatile pairing for hearty Mediterranean and grilled dishes. Recommended pairings include braised beef cheek with carrots, Basque chicken, rabbit with prunes, or duck breast with cherries. It also excels with grilled meats, poultry, sausages, lamb, mushrooms, and pasta.
🥂 This characterful red is enjoyable now and can be cellared until 2032. It's perfect for casual summer gatherings, barbecues, or hearty weeknight dinners, offering a genuine taste of the Pic Saint-Loup terroir.
