M.chapoutier, Saint Joseph Les Granits Blanc, 2010
🏰 The 2010 vintage was phenomenal for Northern Rhone whites, with a long, warm, dry growing season and cool nights that preserved acidity, leading to 【exceptional quality and balance】. M. Chapoutier Saint Joseph Les Granits Blanc 2010, from this legendary vintage, is expected to be a rich, mineral-driven white wine with aromatic complexity, showcasing incredible freshness and depth.
🍴 This full-bodied white Rhone wine pairs wonderfully with rich white fish like halibut or cod, roasted poultry with creamy sauces, or even Asian-inspired dishes with ginger and lemongrass.
🥂 Deemed a collector's vintage, this wine is ready to drink now but also offers huge long-term upside for those with patience.
BACKGROUND

These span both single-vineyard expressions and generic AOC-level wines.
