Coche Dury, Puligny Montrachet Les Enseigneres, 2019
🏰Coche-Dury is arguably the most revered white Burgundy producer, and their Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères is a benchmark for exquisite Chardonnay. The 2019 vintage, a warm and concentrated year, has produced a wine with 【stunning intensity, offering notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, and a profound minerality, all framed by a precise acidity and an incredibly long, saline finish】.
🍴 This extraordinary white Burgundy demands equally refined pairings, such as roasted lobster, pan-seared scallops with caviar, or a delicate truffle risotto. For a luxurious Cantonese pairing, consider steamed garoupa with superior soy sauce or a rich bird's nest soup.
🥂 A truly iconic bottle for a momentous celebration, a serious collector's tasting, or an unforgettable gift for the ultimate white Burgundy enthusiast.
