Domaine Jean-Yves Bizot is a cult, micro-boutique estate in Vosne-Romanée, famous for its ultra-traditional, minimal-intervention winemaking. Bizot uses whole-cluster fermentation and ages his wines in new oak without racking or sulfur additions. The Vosne-Romanée 'Les Jachées' is an incredibly rare and perfumed Pinot Noir, offering ethereal aromas of exotic spices, rose petals, and pure red fruit, with a silky, weightless texture.
