Champagne Aubry is a highly regarded grower-producer located in Jouy-lès-Reims, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Run by twin brothers Pierre and Philippe Aubry, the house is famous for its dedication to reviving ancient, forgotten Champagne grape varieties (like Arbane and Petit Meslier). The 'Aubry de Humbert' is their prestige cuvée, named after a 13th-century Archbishop of Reims. It is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, aged extensively on the lees, resulting in a rich, complex, and elegantly structured Champagne with notes of brioche, orchard fruit, and chalk.
