Michel Niellon, Chassagne Montrachet Rouge, 2019
Red
750ml
Label : Good Label
Level : Neck Level
Capsule : Good Capsule
🏰 The 2019 vintage in Burgundy is generally considered excellent, yielding wines with both richness and freshness. For red wines from Chassagne-Montrachet, which are less common than their white counterparts, the 2019 vintage brought well-ripened Pinot Noir grapes, resulting in wines with good structure and aromatic complexity. 【 Excellent Balance and Structure 】
🍴 This Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge 1er Cru would be a superb match for roasted poultry like guinea fowl, pan-seared veal, or a delicate beef carpaccio. For Asian cuisine, consider Cantonese-style roast pigeon or a light stir-fry with mushrooms.
🥂 Ideal for a special family meal, a gathering with close friends, or to celebrate a personal achievement.
