FEATURES
🏰 The 2020 Chateau Latour Martillac is a highly-rated vintage, described as a "classic Graves" with 【impressive depth and elegance】. Critics have praised its enticing bouquet of black fruit infused with black olive, graphite, and background citric scents, leading to a medium-bodied palate with supple, fine-grained tannins and well-integrated oak. This vintage was marked by a mild winter, a humid spring, and a very dry summer, resulting in small but concentrated grapes and an early harvest. 🍴 This red Bordeaux, typically a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, is best served with classic meat dishes such as roasted or grilled beef, lamb, duck, and game. It also pairs well with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta, as well as cheese. 🥂 An outstanding choice for a celebratory meal, a formal dinner, or a special gathering. The 2020 Latour-Martillac can be enjoyed on the younger side with 1-2 hours of decanting to soften tannins and open its perfume, but it is usually better with at least 5-7 years of bottle age and is expected to reach peak maturity between 9-17 years after the vintage. Serve at 15.5°C (60°F) for optimal freshness and lift.
