Chapelle Saint Theodoric is a boutique project in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, a collaboration between American importer Peter Weygandt and winemaker Baptiste Grangeon. They focus on producing traditional, 100% Grenache wines from specific sandy terroirs. 'La Guigasse' is sourced from a pure sand vineyard, resulting in a wine of extraordinary elegance, perfume, and finesse, often compared to Grand Cru Burgundy for its silky texture and complex red fruit aromatics.
