FEATURES
🏰 The 2010 Sarget de Gruaud Larose is a 【solid second wine from a highly regarded Second Growth estate, offering classic Saint-Julien charm in a beautifully balanced vintage】. The 2010 Bordeaux vintage was excellent, known for its power, depth, and aging potential, particularly on the Left Bank. This wine, a blend typically dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, presents an inky-purple color with bright, floral, red berry, and mineral aromas. The palate offers red berries with a saline nuance, bright acidity, and a persistent, fleshy finish, showcasing cassis, cedar, and a touch of tobacco leaf.
🍴 This structured Bordeaux red wine pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes. Think roasted lamb, beef stew, grilled meats like steak or lamb chops, game, or aged cheeses. It's also a good match for mushroom-crusted filet or tomato-based pasta dishes.
🥂 Ideal for a refined dinner, a gathering where you want to impress guests with a classic Bordeaux, or a cozy evening by the fireplace. It's approachable now but has the structure to develop further. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F) after decanting for 1-2 hours.
