🏰Henri Germain's Bourgogne Rouge 2014 offers a delightful introduction to the producer's meticulous style, showcasing 【vibrant red forest fruit, elegant structure, and a refreshing acidity】 typical of quality Pinot Noir from the Côte d'Or. The 2014 vintage for Burgundy reds was good, known for freshness, bright fruit, and good acidity. Expect aromas of red forest fruit, spices, violet, and forest floor. On the palate, it's light, very elegant, and very fresh, with good balance and some depth, displaying notes of strawberry and raspberry.
🍴 This versatile red pairs well with roast white meats, meaty fish, and pasta with red sauce. It's also excellent with roasted chickens, game birds, and beef roasts. For an Eastern pairing, consider it with a light Cantonese char siu or a delicate pan-fried salmon with soy sauce.
🥂 Perfect for a casual dinner with friends, an aperitif, or a thoughtful everyday wine for Pinot Noir lovers.
