🏰 From the prestigious Coche-Dury, the 2023 Monthelie Rouge is a 【refined and elegant red Burgundy】 that promises a true expression of Pinot Noir. This vintage, while young, is already noted for its beautiful garnet color and a captivating aromatic profile. Expect aromas of red fruits, delicate floral notes, and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is well-structured with silky tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to lingering flavors of cherry, raspberry, and spice.
🍴 This versatile Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with classic Burgundy pairings such as roasted duck, goose, or other game birds. It would also be excellent with a rich veal stew or a creamy mushroom risotto.
🥂 An ideal choice for a sophisticated dinner party, a special celebration, or a thoughtful gift for a Burgundy enthusiast.
