Joseph Drouhin, Beaune Clos Des Mouches Rouge 1er Cru, 2007
🏰This Joseph Drouhin Beaune Clos des Mouches Rouge 1er Cru 2007 is a beautifully perfumed and elegant Premier Cru, showcasing the finesse of Beaune Pinot Noir. The 2007 Burgundy vintage was marked by balanced ripeness, freshness, and concentration, offering accessible elegance. Expect an intense and fresh nose with primary notes of red fruits like morello cherry and raspberry, intertwined with deeper hints of liquorice, blonde tobacco, humus, spices, and undergrowth. The palate is taut with silky tannins and chalky minerality, leading to a lively and refined finish.
