His Savigny-lès-Beaune is crafted with minimal intervention, often using whole-cluster fermentation and no added sulfur. The resulting Pinot Noir is vibrant, energetic, and expressive, featuring bright red fruit, floral aromatics, and a pure, unadulterated terroir expression.
