Les Horees, Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain, 2023
🏰 The 2023 Les Horees Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain is a 【vibrant and fruity expression】 of Burgundy's regional appellation, offering immediate enjoyment with its fresh and approachable character. This red wine, typically a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, presents a fruity and spicy nose with notes of cherry, redcurrant, licorice, and a touch of rose petal. It is full-bodied and delectable on the palate with pleasing tannins and a hint of toast, showcasing a tender and fruity profile.
🍴 This versatile red pairs wonderfully with a range of dishes, including red meats, roasted or grilled poultry, and dishes served in sauce. It's also excellent with charcuterie, mild cheeses, barbecued chicken skewers, beef bourguignon, or even rabbit in a mustard sauce.
🥂 Perfect for a casual dinner, an everyday enjoyment, a picnic, or a relaxed gathering with friends. Serve at 12-14°C (54-57°F) to best appreciate its fruitiness.
