🏰 【A regal Premier Cru, emblematic of the Chartron family, showcasing exotic aromas and impressive richness balanced by vibrant acidity.】 The 2021 vintage for Burgundy was lighter and cooler than 2020, marked by low yields due to April frost, creating an "old-school" profile with cool fruit and vivid acidity, suggesting an earlier drinking window. Despite being a challenging year, top Premier Crus like this one performed remarkably well. This wine offers exotic aromas of guava, pomelo, lemon, and spice. Its texture is concentrated and rich, yet balanced by excellent volume, punch, and noticeable minerality, leading to a beautifully persistent finish. It's airy and elegant, with notes of acacia, green apple, and zest, subtly framed by oak.
🍴 This exquisite white Burgundy is a perfect match for roasted chicken or turkey, delicate seafood dishes, or rich fish courses.
🥂 Ideal for a sophisticated dinner, a celebration of fine white Burgundy, or an intimate tasting to appreciate its complex and evolving character.
