🏰Prieuré Roch is celebrated for its 【biodynamic approach and minimal intervention winemaking, producing Clos Vougeot Grand Cru that embodies purity and a profound expression of terroir】. While specific 2022 vintage notes are still emerging, Burgundy generally experienced a promising growing season. Prieuré Roch wines are known for their distinctive character, often showing a wilder, more natural side of Pinot Noir. Expect a vibrant and complex Pinot Noir, likely showcasing red berry fruits like cherry and raspberry, intertwined with earthy undertones, forest floor, and subtle spice. Given its youth, it will be fresh and energetic, with firm tannins that will soften with age. The palate should be expressive, with good acidity and a long, evolving finish.

This Grand Cru Burgundy would be magnificent with roasted game birds such as pheasant or partridge, pan-seared duck breast, or a classic Boeuf Bourguignon. It also pairs well with mushroom-based dishes or delicate cheeses.

A superb choice for a 【serious Burgundy tasting, a special anniversary dinner, or a significant gift for a wine connoisseur】. This wine has excellent aging potential and will reward patience. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F). Decanting for 1-2 hours is recommended in its youth to allow the wine to breathe and reveal its complexities.
