Château d'Aiguilhe is a prominent estate in the Côtes de Castillon, owned by Stephan von Neipperg (who also owns Canon La Gaffelière). While famous for its Merlot-dominant reds, the estate also produces a rare and excellent white wine, 'Le Blanc'. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone soils, it is fermented and aged in oak barrels. The wine is crisp, aromatic, and textured, offering notes of citrus, white flowers, and a distinct mineral backbone.
