FEATURES
🏰 The 2023 Burgundy vintage is celebrated as a year of pure pleasure, offering both quality and quantity. Red wines from this vintage are aromatic and perfumed, with clean, pure aromas of blue or red berries and pronounced floral notes, characterized by elegance, weightless tannins, precise aromatics, and juicy fruit. Domaine Bart's Marsannay Au Champ Salomon 2023 is noted for its lovely dark fruit with savory aromas of black cherries, blackberries, licorice, violets, and blueberry bush. It presents a solid, almost black color at the center, indicating extra concentration. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, a generous mouthfeel, and a fruity, earthy finish, showcasing great tension and power with underlying finesse. It offers a striking energy across the palate, with summer pudding fruits, blackberry, and blackcurrant, while remaining fresh with excellent length.
🍴 This savory and classic red Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with duck, goose, and other game birds. It also complements ham or roast chicken.
🥂 An excellent choice for a special dinner, a gathering with fellow wine lovers, or as a gift for those who appreciate expressive and concentrated red Burgundy. 【2023 Burgundy: A vintage of pure pleasure with charming, transparent wines】
