🏰 The 2022 vintage in Burgundy saw a return to more generous yields after several challenging years, with good ripeness and healthy grapes, promising wines with freshness and fruit. Les Horées Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain 2022 is a red wine, typically a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, offering a vibrant and approachable expression of Burgundy's regional appellation. Expect bright red fruit, floral notes, and a lively acidity, making it a delightful and versatile wine. 【 Les Horées is known for its biodynamic practices and minimal intervention winemaking 】.
🍴 This light to medium-bodied red wine is incredibly food-friendly. It would be excellent with charcuterie, grilled chicken or pork, light pasta dishes, mushroom tarts, or even a classic French quiche. For Asian cuisine, consider dishes like Peking duck pancakes or Korean BBQ.
🥂 This wine is perfect for casual weeknight dinners, picnics, or as an aperitif. Its fresh and lively character makes it suitable for gatherings with friends or a relaxed brunch. Serve slightly chilled at around 14-16°C (57-61°F) to highlight its fruit-forward profile.
