🏰 The 2010 Coche-Dury Meursault Les Chevalières is a 【highly acclaimed white Burgundy, celebrated for its exceptional precision, minerality, and profound expression of the Meursault terroir】. The 2010 vintage in 布根地 is highly regarded for white wines, known for their balance, freshness, and aging potential. Coche-Dury's Meursault Les Chevalières from this vintage would likely display a brilliant golden hue, with a complex nose of ripe citrus, white flowers, hazelnut, and a distinctive flinty minerality. On the palate, expect a wine of incredible intensity and precision, with vibrant acidity, a rich, creamy texture, and a long, saline finish. It would be showing beautiful secondary and tertiary notes by now.
🍴 This prestigious white 布根地 pairs exquisitely with rich seafood dishes like pan-seared scallops, lobster thermidor, or roasted turbot. It also complements poultry in cream sauces or aged Comté cheese. For an Asian pairing, consider steamed crab with ginger and vinegar, or a delicate chicken and truffle dumpling.
🥂 An outstanding choice for a gourmet dinner, a special celebration, or a serious white Burgundy tasting.
