Domaine La Porte Saint-Jean is run by Sylvain Dittiere, a rising star in the Loire Valley. Working organically, he crafts Saumur-Champigny from Cabernet Franc that is elegant, perfumed, and silky, often aged in old barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit.
